Terms and Conditions
Please ensure you read our Terms and Conditions before placing an order. For any orders it is on the understanding that the customer has read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
1.2 All images and content are copyright of Ruby Doll Wedding Stationery.
1.3 Prices are subject to change due to the nature of each bespoke design.
1.4 The sample charts for our ribbon/paper/glitter swatches provided by Ruby Doll Wedding Stationery should be used as a guide only; the colour shown on your screen may not be an accurate representation of the true colour. Swatch cards are provided with all samples ordered and will show the range of shades in your chosen colour.
2.2 Deposits are non refundable.
2.3 An invoice for the full balance will be issued to you six weeks before your production slot.
2.4 Failure to pay your balance 4 weeks before your production slot will result in the possible delay or cancellation of your order.
2.5 Payments must be made via Bank Transfer or PayPal.
2.6 Any Payments made via PayPal will be charged an additional 3.4% fee
2.7 Payments made from outside the UK may incur additional charged as detailed by PayPal.
2.8 Cheques are not accepted unless previously agreed at the time of order.
3.2 Samples are charged PER ITEM.
3.3 Samples will be provided with a standard embellishment where applicable.
3.4 A ribbon swatch card will be sent with your sample to help you match your invitations exactly to your wedding theme.
4. Postage and Packaging
4.2 All orders are sent via courier. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to be shipped.
4.3 Postage of mounted table plans will be charged separately. The price will depend on the size of the item.
4.4 If you live in the local area, collection of your order can be arranged. A £5.00 packing charge will be added to your final invoice in this instance.
5.2 Additional information for your stationery including guest names, table names, accommodation information etc must be sent to us at least 2 weeks before your production slot to avoid any delays. A delay may mean that your order will not be completed. Ruby Doll Wedding Stationery accepts no responsibility in this circumstance.
5.3 We recommend ordering additional ‘spare’ invitations with your main order. It is highly unlikely that we will be able to make extra items at a later date outside your designated slot.
5.4 Extra invitations ordered at a later date will incur an additional fee to cover the cost of extra materials and postage thereof.
7.2 Work will not commence on your invitations until the proof has been approved and confirmed by email. Delays in providing your approval may delay the start of work on your order. This in turn is likely to result in your order not being completed. Ruby Doll Wedding Stationery accepts no responsibility in this circumstance.
7.3 Any changes to invitations requested after your approval may incur an extra cost, and may not be possible where time scales are unreasonably tight. Ruby Doll Wedding Stationery accepts no responsibility in this circumstance.
7.4 It is your responsibility to make sure all guest names, table names and all other items are spelled correctly.
